Made Me Laugh :-)

Ok, I know y'all want the scoop on how my first day as a Workin' Momma went (hm, isn't every Momma a Workin' Momma??) but I'm about to do the kids' story time and just wanted to tell you 3 things that just made me laugh out loud.

On the Freecycle group, sometimes it cracks me up how people word things. The 1st page will have a brief description and is sometimes continued by clicking on a link. For example:

• "Offer: bag of teenage boys....." (clicking on link showed that it was actually a bag of CLOTHES that was being offered, not children)
• "Offer: CAT PLEASE READ" (Ok, this one really made me laugh out loud, wondering exactly who had the Wonder Cat who was going to read this)
• "Offer: kid's/household...." (not really sure what was being offered here..... children? the whole family/household? a household BELONGING to kids?...)

Okay, folks, back to your regularly scheduled program. :-) I'm off to read, "We're Very Good Friends, My Grandma & I" (the kids just came back from 9 days at Granny & Pop's and had a blast with the whole family) I really enjoyed my freedom, too. :-) Guilty pleasure, for sure. Took a little while to get used to but was sooo necessary and refreshing. Never managed to squeeze in a bubble bath, though. I could've used the soothing hot water, candles and Nat King Cole (well, not NKC IN my bath with me....that'd be kinda WEIRD....him being DEAD and all.... LOL).

Oh my gosh, I just saw another one that made me LOL:

• Offer raeford: box of boy toys (ahh.....so much I could say about this one. lol....... ok, I just have to say this: nope, had me a boy toy... they ain't all they're cracked up to be..... don't reckon I'd want a whole box of 'em)
