**drum roll, please** My new job was fine. The end.
HAHAHAHAHA! :-) Okay, I'm really exhausted to the bone right now but it's a GOOD kind of exhausted. I was on my feet the entire day. And I got to stand in a linen closet and fold towels and sheets for about 2-1/2 hours (and I get to do it all at home all over again, too. Gee whiz. Lucky me. lol) I got my government i.d., too, which was kind of cool because it says that I work for the Army (isn't that what I've BEEN doing for a few years now? lol) The lodging building that I work in has a lot of Warriors in Transition or wounded warriors staying there. It gives me an opportunity to pray for them in a different way...... as I make the beds and clean, I can pray over the rooms.
When the supervisor was showing me the ropes, she said that basically I would just do what I do when I've had to clear military housing. Oh really?? So, I call up all my girlfriends, panicking, begging for help...cry, cuss and scream a lot and then just say 'screw it' and have wine and lots of chocolate with my homegirls...????? Daaaaag.....and they will PAY me for that?? Schweeet! LOL
