Every little thing gonna be alright....

"Don't worry 'bout a thing cuz every little thing gonna be alright" (Bob Marley)

This is my Myspace song and our "family" song. I put it on at home when we're chillin or making dinner or doing homework, etc. Lightens the mood and we usually start dancing around. lol Aidan usually starts the dancing with his little clasped hands roll and bobbing his head, then stopping and tapping one foot. It's so comical to watch and makes it impossible to keep a smile from your face.

So.....anyway....I'm listening to it right now because...... I GOT THE TITLE TO THE TRUCK and THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS COMING BY TONIGHT OR TOMORROW A.M. WITH THE CHECK!!!! Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah.......!!!!! Now, I don't have it in hand or cashed yet so we're not in the clear but I'm going to keep praying that what God started will be finished (and I'll be patient in the process....not one of my strong suits. lol) We are leaving for B-more tomorrow morning and I hope it's here before we hit the highway because I want to go over to the rental office and pay my rent so I don't have to worry that when we get home, all our crap is going to be out on the street. Yeah, that would be a buzz kill for a great weekend. lol I want to put some in Clint's acct too so that maybe he can try to find a vehicle. I haven't heard from him all week and I'm worried about him. I asked a friend in the Army to do a little investigative work for me to check on him.

Now, I know giving Clinton some money is against what pretty much everyone said to do but I believe it is the right thing to do. It was his only vehicle and he doesn't need to take on another loan. The more he hurts for money, the harder I have to fight to get what the kids need. I will take care of what the kids need first, though. If I'm making a mistake....well, God knows my heart and my motives and if I'm going to err, I'd rather err on the side of kindness, mercy and grace.

I just got a washing machine! YAY! I found one on virtual yard sale that was $50 for a washer and dryer pair from a family that was moving. My neighbor and Josiah went to pick it up. I took the dryer (but only got charged for the washer, thank God) so that I can put it on Freecycle or keep it in my storage in case there is someone who is in need. Now, to hook it up and tackle "Mount Washmore" that's been piling up for 2 weeks......BEFORE my trip tomorrow! Fun times ahead for me. Better put on a pot of coffee now. I have an 8 a.m. counseling appt tomorrow. I just got a call from the insurance agent and I'm meeting them at the claims office tomorrow a.m. **BIG SIGH OF RELIEF**
