Crazy :-)

LOVE this saying by Jack Nicholson's character in "As Good As It Gets". Soooo perfect for our family. I asked Josiah the other day (after I did some crazy singing in the kitchen while cleaning up) if his friends mother's acted as weird as me. He hesitated for a little bit and sighed, "nope, you're a strange one". Thank you, dear child, who I labored 8 hours with....and did I mention that 3 of those hours were without an epidural and were 3 hrs of pushing?!?

Yes, but the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, son of mine. lol My kids are just as silly as me. I don't know if that's a good thing but they sure are happy and enjoy life. :-)

I guess I never really thought about it because my sisters are as goofeefy (a little Nola word :-)) as me. Well, the Proverbs say, "a cheerful heart does good like a medicine". Just think how much sicker we'd all be if we didn't laugh like hyenas every now and again. Laughter produces endorphins and endorphins are good for your health. Period.

Now, if you'll excuse me. I have to go watch Young Frankenstein with my son. :-)
